Katie Picking

Director   CTA  CPA

Katie Picking is the Director of Conrad Carlile. Katie is dedicated to providing professional services to a diverse client base in Brisbane, as well as across regional and rural Queensland.

Having been raised on cattle and sheep properties, Katie is passionate about the beef and sheep industries and has developed extensive experience within these industries, making her a valuable source of knowledge for clients. She currently owns and operates an organic beef property outside Quilpie in south west Queensland.

With over 20 years experience advising businesses, Katie offers her valuable expertise in business structures, taxation strategies, business growth and succession planning, as well as areas of superannuation.

David Fowler

CPA

David Fowler is a member of CPA Australia and has worked at Conrad Carlile since 2015.  He has vast experience in the accounting industry and enjoys looking after a wide and varied client base including primary producers, retailers, construction industry and Self-Managed superannuation funds.

David is passionate about providing expert accounting and taxation advice to achieve our client’s business and personal goals.

Felicity Rident-Tiercelet

Administration

Felicity Rident-Tiercelet has worked in administration with Conrad Carlile since 2012. Her previous experience includes international banking, catering and event co-ordinating, as well as administration roles for small businesses.

Felicity’s extensive experience in various industries has enabled her to understand the importance of excellent customer service to meet our clients’ needs.

Annette Picking

Administration

After 46 years as a primary school teacher, Annette Picking recently hung up her teaching hat and has joined our firm to work in administration on a part-time basis.

Annette highly values interacting with our clients, people and the entire team at Conrad Carlile.

Robyn Pegler

CPA

Robyn is a member of CPA Australia.  She has worked at Conrad Carlile since 2018.  She enjoys looking after small to medium sized business and has had many years of experience in the areas of tax compliance, GST, FBT, capital gains and business structuring.

Robyn enjoys building positive and trusted relationships with clients.

Karen Hills

Chartered Accountant

Having joined Conrad Carlile in October 2020, Karen is a Chartered Accountant with over 30 years’ experience working in tax and business services for large and small tax and business advisory firms, providing advice to clients across many sectors including construction, property, retail, medical and hospitality.

Karen’s focus is providing tax advice to both business and investment clients. She is committed to providing friendly, efficient and reliable service to clients.

Outside work, Karen enjoys visits to her local gym and trying to master stand up paddle boarding.

Marie Canaria

Graduate Accountant

Qualifications/Membership

Marie completed her Bachelor of Commerce degree in December 2021 and has recently joined Conrad Carlile as a Graduate Accountant.

She is always striving to obtain new skills and has loved the opportunity to learn from the experienced team members at Conrad Carlile.

She hopes to utilise her education and skills to help businesses and clients implement effective tax strategies and provide ongoing business support to achieve their goals.

She also intends to commence the Chartered Accountants program under our guidance and mentorship.
